Body is hard anodized (40µ) as standard but can be supplied PTFE coated or all stainless. Twin rack pistons made from die-cast aluminium - hard anodized or from galvanized cast steel. End caps are made from die-cast aluminium powder polyester painted, PTFE or nickel plated. The pinion is high-precision and integrative, made from nickel-alloy steel. Pre-loaded, coated high performance springs are made from corrosion resistance material (only Type 5051 - Spring Return Actuators). Two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts can easily and precisely be adjusted +/- 5% at both open and close directions.
