  1. Indicator A position indicator with Namur mounting is standard on all HAITIMA pneumatic actuators for mounting accessories. 2. Pinion The hardened alloy steel pinion is precision ground and Nickel plated (over 25um) in order to reduce friction, provide maximum wear resistance. Full conformance with the newest standards of ISO5211 & DIN3337. The dimensions can be customized and as options, stainless steel and aluminium are also available. 3. Actuator Body The aluminum extrusion is hard anodized(over 30um) to protect against wear and corrosion while reducing piston friction to the absolute minimum. Other options such as Nickel plating, PTFE and powder polyester painting are available. 44.End Caps Epoxy coated(over 150um) die cast aluminum end caps provide maximum resistance against potentially corrosive elements. Other treatments such as Nickel plating & PTFE painting are available. 5.Pistons The precisely-balanced and hard anodized treatment (over 30um)die cast aluminum pistons are fitted with high quality rings and guides. The twin rack and piston design creates a constant torque output on all actuators. 6.Travel Adjustment The standard adjustment is ± 5゜in both the open and closed positions through easily accessible external adjustment bolts. 7. High Performance Springs The high tensile steel springs are coated with zinc phosphate for corrosion resistance and longer service. The pre-loaded springs can be safely & rapidly disassembled. 8. con Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Double Acting Actuators have aluminum body is hard anodized inside and out to provide maximum resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The hardened electroless nickel plated carbon steel shaft is blowout proof and corrosion resistant. Every actuator has adjustable travel stops which allow a full ±5˚ travel adjustment between 85˚ and 95˚. These travel stops are designed to absorb the maximum rated torque of the actuator and maximum impact loads associated with recommended travel speeds.stroke rotation limits. Styling, strength, compactness, and simplicity of design have been combined to produce the Bray Series 92 direct acting and the Series 93 spring return pneumatic actuators.

Engineering excellence and precision manufacturing has produced a modular product line with reduced overall size requirements and economic savings. In addition all Bray Accessories are fully modular and directly mount to the actuator – providing flexibility and efficiency at reduced cost.

actuators are rack and pinion, opposed piston actuators available in two versions: double acting for rotation of 90°, 135° and 180°, and spring return for 90° rotation.

The Series 92/93 actuators were designed primarily for pneumatic operation up to a maximum pressure of 140 psig (10 Bar) and for temperature ranges of -20°F (-29°C) to +200°F (+95°C).

All double acting and spring return units are suitable for both on-off and throttling applications. Actuators which can be actuated with other media such as hydraulic oil or water are also available as an option.
The Series 92/93 is completely enclosed and self contained. The many features minimize maintenance and provide safe, simple disassembly and assembly.

DIRECT MOUNTING
Bray actuators comply with ISO 5211 dimensions and mount directly to Bray valves without using external linkages. Field installation is simple, misalignment is minimized and contamination buildup between valve and actuator is reduced.

TRAVEL STOP ADJUSTMENT

  • For AT series pneumatic actuator, we use rack and pinion double piston symmetric design, with the treatment of cast aluminum hard anodizing or cast steel galvanized treatment. It has fast and stable action, high precision, long working life, large output. With the easy operation that changing the piston position, the pneumatic actuator can get reverse rotation.
    2. The inner hole and the outside surface of ASTM6005 die-casting aluminum alloy body cylinder body can be hard anodized treatment (in special condition can be anodization with Teflon coating), epoxy resin coating (paint different color according to the requirements), PTFE coating or nickel plating.
    3. Based on integrated design, all types of double action and single action pneumatic actuators have the same cylinder body and end cap. The operation type can be easily changed by adding or reducing quantity.
    4. Heighten use combined pre-load safe spring group. It can be assembled, added or reduced conveniently and easily during assemble process or in the field use.
    5. There are 2 separated adjustable screws at outside of the pneumatic actuator, it can adjust open/close position accurately for the actuators which are already assembled on the valves. If you need to adjust on whole process, 2 long adjustable screws are necessary for the position of 2 end caps.
    6. The multi-function position indicator, conform to VID/VIE3845 and NAMUR standard, suitable for all accessories including limit switch box, electric positioner and position sensor.
    7. The connector of air supply conform to NAMUR standard, can directly connect NAMUR standard solenoid valve.
    8. We use the composite materials for the brush and bearing to decrease the friction and make the working life longer. The material of output shaft is nickel alloy steel, conform to NAMUR, ISO 5211 and DIN 3337 standard.
    9. We use stainless steel for all fasteners, it’s corrosion resistant.
    10. All connection parts conform to ISO 5211, DIN 3337(F03-F25) standard. It is interchangeable and replaceable.
